SHIPPING & RETURNS
How much do you charge for delivery within Australia?
Free Shipping applies to all domestic orders (within Australia) over $250.00 AUD. For all orders under $250.00 AUD, the delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the items, plus the delivery location. (For Raw Materials only)
Do you ship outside of Australia?
We do. There will be a shipping charge (free International Shipping applies to all orders over $500.00 AUD) and orders are dispatched within 2-3 days from the date of purchase. (For Raw Materials only)
What happens if I received a damaged product upon delivery?
It is possible that an unlikely event during shipping happens and you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately.

What accreditations do you work to?
Trulux has obtained third-party certification to ISO 22716:2007 – Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2008 – Quality Management Systems, HACCP Codex, COSMOS, ACO - Australian Certified Organic, and Australian Trusted Trader.
Can you test products containing active ingredients?
We are concerned about animal testing in beauty companies. What is your policy?
Can you help me with colour cosmetics?
We feel our project is unique and we are concerned about confidentiality, what is your policy?
Do you charge a development fee?
If you develop the formula who owns the Intellectual Property?
If we are doing R&D for you, the Intellectual Property will be owned by you once the project has been completed and signed-off. Private Label Products Intellectual Property are owned by Trulux
I don't have a formula. Can Trulux formulate one for me?
Absolutely! We have a team of highly-skilled, qualified professionals who will work with you to create an innovative, effective formula.
I already have a formula. Will Trulux manufacture it for me?
We will manufacture any customer-supplied formula. Testing will have to be done prior to ensure the formula is correct. Please note that there are costs involved with this.
