DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)
- Free Shipping applies to all domestic orders (within Australia) over $50.00 AUD.
- For all orders under $50.00 AUD, the delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the items, plus the delivery location.
- Multiple items can be fit into one box.
- Delivery costs will be automatically calculated in Checkout and displayed as a line item in your costs.
- Orders placed through the website are dispatched within 2 - 3 business days.
- Deliveries on purchase orders (orders placed via email) will usually be dispatched within 5 - 10 business days.
An email will be sent to you once your order have been dispatched with a tracking link.
- We use Couriers Please and Australia Post for residential addresses.
If you are not available to accept delivery, you will be left a calling card telling you how you can pick up your package.
- For Commercial / Business addresses, we use both Couriers Please and TNT Express.
Please note for business addresses, a re-delivery fee of $35.00 AUD will apply if you are not available to accept a TNT delivery.
- Unfortunately we cannot deliver on public holidays. In this instance please expect your delivery to be delayed by one business day.

- Trulux delivers worldwide. We use DHL Express for delivery. For all international orders less than $250.00 AUD, delivery costs will be automatically calculated in Checkout and displayed as a line item in your costs. If you have a corporate account with DHL, FedEx, UPS, we are more than happy for you to organize your own shipping. To utilize this option, please contact us before you place an order. - International shipments must clear customs in their destination countries. International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees that their package may incur. We are not able to determine the amount of these fees before shipping to you. Please contact your local postal service in your country for estimates prior to ordering as your local postal service will not deliver your order unless these fees are paid in full.
- Please be sure of your country's import restrictions and requirements prior to ordering. Any order returned to us due to your country's import restrictions or regulations will be subject to our international order cancellation fee, original shipping charge and the return shipping fees charged by the carrier for reentry into the Australia and return to us.
- Please note that we do not accept returns of packaging, raw materials, cosmetics, or any personalized or custom-made products. This is due to our GMP accreditations.
- If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered or the item is damaged, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your purchase item however associated shipping charges are excluded.
- Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by TRULUX, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
