It is an optimized blend designed for use in cleanser formulas where the addition of a high level of oils or otherwise incompatible materials is desired. This concentrate allows a formulator to quickly and easily develop stable finished formulations.

This blend is free from sulfates, EO, arnides, and is readily biodegradable. All of its components are derived from natural, readily renewable resources (plant derived).
